WORK EXPERIENCE

Jan. ‘16 – Present           Fusion Court Inc. dba Bamboo Asia

San Francisco, USA       [Executive Assistant/Marketing Communications]

                                         Chosen me to lead the design aspect of our social media campaigns. Created flyers, different                                                  menu boards, pictures for social media, as well as online marketing campaigns. Due to the                                                      constant interaction with all three directors, I was also given some administrative tasks in order                                              help the company further. Duties involved preparing expense reports, entering and monitoring                                              sales and labor data in order for supervisors to gain insights on company operations and                                                        facilitate their strategic decision making, as well as completing task such as payroll, benefits                                                    distribution and administration.  

 

Jul. ‘15 – Dec. ‘15            Fusion Court Inc. dba Bamboo Asia

                                         Lead Bamboo Asia’s efforts to increase their online presence with the redesign of their website                                              and online ordering portal. Created wireframes and general design of the website before working                                          with superior to choose the exact design direction. Was responsible for the launch of the website                                          as well as the initial release period where I kept on making refinements to improve the overall                                                usability and user experience as well as remove bugs.

                                         Joined Bamboo Asia during MFA and assisted the Marketing Director with graphic design needs                                              for their re-branding, uniforms and interior design. Aided in the creation, organization and                                                      production of logos, menus, uniforms, company stationary as well 3D mockups of various interior                                          design ideas. Having been given little direction, had to prepare and present all of these projects                                              to superiors on a weekly basis and reiterate until final designs were approved.

 

Jan ’13 – Dec ‘15             Studio X

                                         An Animation and Visual Effects studio set up by Academy Of Art, which helps artist’s to work on                                            feature films and various independent films. Here, I was given an opportunity to contribute/gain                                            the experience disciplines of a studio pipeline. I executed visuals for various films in my two years                                          at Studio X.
